ACTION BLUEPRINTING  (bolt lapping and trigger timing included) 
 

  • Full Blueprint (available for Rem 700 only) true bolt raceway (for new PTG one piece bolt), true action threads, recoil lugs and action face $350 

  •  Blueprint, threads, and action face. $250

2.

BOLT TRUING

  • Machine lugs, nose and bolt face. $150 

  • Includes bolt lapping. 

  • Barrel chambering 

3.

BARREL CHAMBERING AND INSTALLATION
 

  • Rem 700 and clones. $375 

  •  Pre 64 and Current model 70 Winchesters there clones and Mauser actions and clones or any action with an extractor cut. $450 

  •  Reamer and gauge rental. $70 

  •  Throating or Neck reaming done by the hour at the machining rate and all specialized tooling will be purchased or rented at the client’s expense. 

4.

BARREL CUTTING CROWNING AND THREADING 
 

  • Cut, re-crown, and thread. $150 

  •  Install client provided Muzzle Brake including cutting barrel, threading, timing and re-crowning barrel. $200 

  •  Cut and re-crown barrel. $100 

  •  Cutting nitride or other Salt finished barrels. Additional $20 

5.

STOCK BEDDING 
 

  • Pillar and recoil lug bedding (including pillar fabrication). $225 

  •  Bedding action into stock with bedding block or preinstalled pillars. $75 

  •  Inletting BDL style stocks for DBM $150 

6.

ACCURACY EVALUATION 
 

  • Bore scope analysis of chamber and bore, bolt lug/recoil lug abutment, barrel/stock contact, trigger pull weight, and check crown condition. $75 

7.

CUSTOM BOLT KNOB INSTALLATION 
 

  • Cut Rem 700 Factory Knob off and thread for customer supplied knob. $175 

8.

SCOPE MOUNTING AND LEVELING (customer provided mounts, rings and scopes)

  • Mount integral rings or rail to action and set torque. Epoxy bed scope into bottom rings. Install scope with the reticle level to the bolt raceway and torque scope rings. $100

10.

MACHINE WORK  (gun smithing requiring the use of lathe or mill)
 

  • Performed by the hour @$110/hr or agreed upon price with the client. 

9.

GENERAL GUN SMITHING 
 

  • Performed by the hour @ S75/hr or agreed upon Price with the client. 

11.

CUSTOM RIFLES
 

  • All work and details on the rifle can be discussed and agreed upon with a price up front to achieve the customers desired out come at the price level they set.
